With over 20 years of experience across global stock exchanges and industries, she is a trusted partner in aligning governance frameworks with organisational performance.

Her career spans high-impact roles across the New York, London, Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Mauritius stock exchanges, where she has led governance teams, advised boards, and driven integrated reporting initiatives. Currently Head of Co Sec at FluidRock Governance Group, Sihle is also pursuing an LLM in Corporate Governance, further deepening her expertise.
