Mr. Mody-Oury Barry is Chief Executive Officer of the TransNumerik Group, a pan-African technology leader with over 25 years of experience in digital transformation, cybersecurity, and AI adoption. PMP-certified and a Stanford Seed alumnus, he currently chairs the Stanford Seed Transformation 2025 cohort, convening 97 executives from 22 African countries.

Mr. Barry is the co-architect of an integrated, three-pillar ecosystem addressing Africa’s digital paradox — a young continent rich in talents yet facing acute skills shortages and significant outflows of technology spending. CEDITECH trains and certifies engineers in cloud, cybersecurity, AI and data; TransNumerik delivers “Africa Fit” digital transformation projects; and the Group’s BPO/ITO arm, deploys this talent into managed services and digital operations, providing global clients with nearshore delivery, sovereign data handling, and competitive economics.

Under his leadership, TransNumerik has earned the Microsoft Partner of the Year Award in Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal for two consecutive years. TransNumerik is also Microsoft Jumstart Partner – Ready Tier : certified firm that have proven they can assess, deploy, and govern Microsoft 365 Copilot.
