Dr. Peter Crow

Independent Board Director, Advisor and Educator

Dr. Crow is a board director and advisor known for his expertise in corporate governance, strategic leadership and boardcraft, and his lifelong devotion to helping boards govern with impact. He has served on the boards of private and PE-controlled companies, family businesses and social agencies; advised boards, chairs, regulators and investors; and curated education programmes. He is also speaks and writes on contemporary leadership and governance matters. Recently, he was appointed as Professor of Practice at the University of Johannesburg College of Business and Economics.

Dr. Crow holds a doctorate in corporate governance and strategy, a first in technology and management, and is a chartered director. He is based in New Zealand, but contributes globally.
