ADAM GINSTER

Adam Ginster is a Co-Founding Partner of Hoffmann Reed, leading the Middle East and Africa region.

Adam has 26 years of experience in executive search and talent management.

He previously led the European Practice Group for a global executive search firm, covering 11 countries, before taking charge of the Africa region.

Upon relocating to South Africa, he founded and expanded his own pan-African executive search and talent advisory firm. Over the past 15 years, he has established strategic relationships with multinational, regional, and local companies across diverse industries.

Adam co-founded Hoffmann Reed in 2019 with 3 other equity partners. He has since opened Hoffmann Reed in the Middle East by registering Hoffmann Reed in Dubai and is set to launch in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, later this year and will relocate there.

Beyond his professional endeavours, Adam is passionate about social impact. In 2016, he founded Ko2la, an NGO that he continues to chair, which provides food security and other support programs to 5,000 orphaned and vulnerable children (OVCs) in South Africa, which will scale to 10,000 OVCs by 2028.
