Anda Matwa

Anda is the Company Secretary at Redefine Properties and has extensive experience in corporate governance and regulatory affairs in the Johannesburg Stock Exchange listings environment and boasts international experience across the Americas, Europe, Australia, Asia-Pacific and the African continent. She holds a BCom Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Cape Town, MSc in Management & Corporate Governance from Ulster University, UK, Postgraduate diploma in Corporate Law , Higher diploma Tax Law and Compliance Management Certificate from the University of Johannesburg , Economics for Law Certificate from the University of Wits. Recently completed the Property Development Program with UCT business school and the Investment Management Program with UCT.
