The Director (NED) Development Programme is designed for aspiring Non-Executive Directors, executives transitioning into governance roles, and CGISA/CSSA students. This programme provides a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory and governance universe, governance architecture, strategic oversight, risk management, and finance for boards. It also covers stakeholder management and sustainability, board functioning and dynamics, and ISO 37000 principles. Participants will gain practical insights and strategic skills to excel in board leadership, with the added benefit of engaging at the FluidRock Annual Conference for networking and industry exposure.
