Dr Peter Crow is an independent board director, advisor and educator with deep expertise in corporate governance, strategy, and the craft of board work, and an extensive track record helping boards realise organisational potential. His sector knowledge extends across agribusiness, technology and innovation, professional services, local government, manufacturing, distribution, and healthcare and beyond. A dynamic and outcomes-oriented thinker, Peter’s insightful contributions have proved invaluable to the fortunes of a wide range of enterprises, across five continents.

Peter has a doctorate in corporate governance and strategy (a pioneering study explaining how boards influence firm performance), and a first in technology and management. Outside professional and research work, he maintains a keen interest in classic cars and road cycling.

Peter lives in Pyes Pa, New Zealand, but works globally.
